乳腺癌术后中西医结合社区护理措施及效果评价

Efficacy of the integrative nursing after surgery of breast cancer

目的:研究乳腺癌患者手术后使用中西医结合社区护理措施的效果。方法:选我院乳腺癌手术患者60例为对象,随机分为两组。对照组常规西医康复护理,观察组中西医结合社区护理。结果:康复前观察组与对照组肩关节状况无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。干预后,观察组的肩关节屈曲活动度和癌症相关贫困程度明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者的生活质量评分明显优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预后,观察组的生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:对于乳腺癌术后患者,中西医结合的社区护理措施取得了较好的治疗效果。

Objective: To study the effect of the integrative nursing after surgery of breast cancer. Methods: 60 patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine Western medicine rehabilitation, and the observation group took the integrative nursing. Results: After the intervention, the shoulder flexion activity and cancer-related poverty in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life scores in two groups were significantly better than those before the intervention(P<0.05). And those in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The integrative nursing after surgery of breast cancer was effective.
