玉屏风散合桂枝汤加味配合腹针治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效观察

Observation on treating chronic urticaria with Yupingfeng San and the Guizhi decoction plus abdominal acupuncture

目的:观察玉屏风散合桂枝汤加味配合腹针对慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年2月-2017年1月收治的120例慢性荨麻疹患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用枸地氯雷他定片进行治疗,观察组采用玉屏风散合桂枝汤加味配合腹针治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、复发率及治疗前后免疫球蛋白E(Immunoglobulin E,IgE)、白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、干扰素-γ(Interferon-γ,IFN-γ)、临床症状积分、生活质量。结果:观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P <0.05);两组治疗前IgE、IL-4、IFN-γ水平及临床症状积分和生活质量得分无明显差别(P> 0.05);观察组治疗后IgE及IL-4水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后IFN-γ水平明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗后临床症状积分及生活质量得分均明显低于对照组(P <0.01)。结论:玉屏风散合桂枝汤加味配合腹针能有效的改善慢性荨麻疹患者的免疫功能,从而提高治疗效果,并降低复发率及改善生活质量。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng San(玉屏风散) and the Guizhi decoction(桂枝汤) plus abdominal acupuncture on chronic urticaria. Methods: 120 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 60 cases in each. The control group was treated with indigo loratadine tablets. The observation group was treated with Yupingfeng San and the Guizhi decoction plus abdominal acupuncture. The effects, recurrence rate, and IgE, IL-4, IFN-γ, clinical symptom scores and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between groups. Results: The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in levels of IgE, IL-4, IFN-γ, symptom scores and quality of life scores before treatment between groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgE and IL-4 in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);the level of IFN-γ in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The clinical symptom scores and quality of life scores in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Yupingfeng San and the Guizhi decoction plus abdominal acupuncture on chronic urticaria can effectively improve the immune function, improve the effect, reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life.
