仙附温阳通络饮治疗阳虚寒凝型脱疽34例临床观察

Observation on treating gangrene of the Yangxu Hanning type with Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo Yin

目的:观察仙附温阳通络饮对阳虚寒凝型脱疽的临床疗效。方法:将68例临床患者随机分成对照组及治疗组,每组各34例。治疗组给予仙附温阳通络饮治疗,对照组给予口服脉络宁颗粒。疗程为6周,然后采用尼莫地平法比较两组总体疗效及皮损、患肢症状改善情况。结果:经6周治疗后,对照组总有效率为72.73%;治疗组总有效率达91.18%。两组治疗后在总有效率方面有显著差异(P <0.05),治疗组患者皮肤温度、静息痛、间歇性跛行等症状均有显著改善,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P <0.05)。结论:仙附温阳通络饮可有效治疗阳虚寒凝型脱疽,总体疗效优于对照组。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo Yin(仙附温阳通络饮) on gangrene of the Yangxu Hanning type(阳虚寒凝型). Methods: 68 patients were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group, with 34 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo Yin;the control group was given oral mailuoning granule. The course of treatment was 6 weeks, and then the overall efficacy, the improvement of skin lesions and limb symptoms were compared by nimodipine method. Results: After 6 weeks of treatment, the total efficiency in the control group was 72.73%, and 91.18% in the treatment group, with a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). The symptoms of skin temperature, rest pain, intermittent claudication were significantly improved in the treatment group;there was significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo Yin on gangrene of the Yangxu Hanning type shows a better effect.
