大剂量谷维素联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗心血管神经症的临床价值研究

Clinical Value of High-dose Glutenin Combined with β-blocker in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Neurosis

目的大剂量谷维素联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗心血管神经症的应用方法及效果。方法选择佳木斯市中心医院2017年1月—2018年6月期间收治的心血管神经症患者100例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组采用大剂量谷维素(125 mg)与β-受体阻滞剂(美托洛尔)联合治疗,对照组采用小剂量谷维素片(25 mg)结合小剂量镇静剂治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果、治疗不同时段汉密尔顿抑郁焦虑评分和心血管神经症状评分。结果治疗后观察组的治疗有效率为94%,对照组的治疗有效率为78%,低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前抑郁评分、焦虑评分及心血管神经症状评分等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1周、2周及4周的评分差异均有统计学意义,观察组评分降低幅度大,治疗效果好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用大剂量谷维素联合β-受体阻滞剂治疗心血管神经症患者,临床疗效显著,能够很好地缓解患者的临床症状,具有很高的临床应用效果。

Objective To study the application and efficacy of high-dose glutenin combined withβ-blocker in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis.Methods 100 patients with cardiovascular neurosis in the hospital from January,2017 to June,2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50).The patients in the observation group were treated with high dose of 125 mg andβ-blocker(metoprolol),and the patients in the control group were treated with the combination of low-dose 25 mg and low-dose tranquilizer.The clinical effect,treatment of Hami at different periods Leton’s depression and anxiety score and cardiovascular neurological scores of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,The observation group.The effective rate was 94%.In the control group,the effective rate was 78%,which was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).The scores of depression,anxiety and cardiovascular symptoms were similar between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of one week,two weeks and four weeks after treatment.The scores of the patients in the ob?servation group decreased more significantly,which indicated that the therapeutic effect was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Highdose glutamine combined withβ-blocker is effective in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis.It can relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients,and has a high clinical application effect.
