加味益肾活血汤对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及脂质代谢的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Jiawei Yishenhuoxue Decoction on Renal Function and Lipid Metabolism in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure

摘要 目的探究加味益肾活血汤对慢性肾衰竭患者肾功能及脂质代谢的影响。方法选取2017年12月—2018年12月间佳木斯市中医医院收治的60例慢性肾衰竭者作为研究对象,根据患者治疗方法分为实验组与对照组,各组例数为30例,对照组给予常规治疗实验组行常规治疗联合加味益肾活血汤,观察两组患者肾功能、脂代谢指标,结果实验组24 h蛋白尿、血肌酐、尿素氮、尿红细胞水平以及甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平均低于对照组;治疗总有效率大于对照组,组间差异检验值分别为(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上,加用加味益肾活血汤治疗慢性肾衰竭更利于提升肾功能与改善脂代谢功能,对提升治疗效果有促进作用,值得临床大力推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of Jiawei Yishenhuoxue decoction on renal function and lipid metabolism in pa?tients with chronic renal failure(CRF).Methods 60 cases of chronic renal failure admitted to the hospital from December,2017 to December,2018 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the treatment methods.The control group received routine treatment combined with modified Yishenhuoxue decoction.The renal function and lipid metabolism indexes of the two groups were observed.Results In the experimental group,24 hours proteinuria,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,urinary red blood cell level,triglyceride and the total cholesterol level were lower than those of the control group.Total treatment effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,adding Jiawei Yishenhuoxue decoc?tion in the treatment of chronic renal failure is more beneficial to improve renal function and lipid metabolism,and can promote the therapeutic effect.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
