单孔胸腔镜肺大泡切除手术的配合与术中护理探究

Study on the Cooperation and Intraoperative Nursing of Single-hole Thoracoscopic Surgery for Pulmonary Bullae Resection

目的单孔胸腔镜肺大泡切除手术的配合与术中护理。方法选取漯河市中医院2016年1月—2019年1月间行单孔胸腔镜肺大泡切除术患者70例作为研究对象,根据单双数随机分为参照组(单数)与研究组(双数),每组患者各35例,所有患者均接受常规护理,研究组患者则在此基础上加强手术配合与术中护理。观察与比较两组患者的手术时间、手术出血量以及患者护理满意度。结果研究组患者手术时间短于参照组,手术出血量低于参照组,手术护理满意度(97.14%)高于参照组(74.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在行单孔胸腔镜肺大泡切除手术中,通过加强手术配合度,提高手术护理质量,能够缩减手术时间与出血量,从而降低手术风险。

Objective To investigate the cooperation and intraoperative nursing of single-hole thoracoscopic pulmonary bullaecto?my.Methods 70 patients underwent single-hole thoracoscopic bullaectomy from January,2016 to January,2019 were randomly di?vided into control group(singular and even number)and study group(even number),with 35 patients in each group.All the patients received routine nursing,and the patients in the study group received strengthened operative cooperation and intraoperative nursing.The operative time,bleeding volume and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The opera?tive time of the patients in the study group was shorter than that in the control group.The satisfaction rate of operation nursing(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(74.29%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In single-hole thoracoscopic pulmonary bullaectomy,the surgical matching degree and nursing quality can be improved,the operation time and blood loss can be reduced to reduce the risk of operation.
