Clinical Effect and Psychological State Analysis of ICU Nursing Application Humanistic Care Concept(Sustainability)

目的分析ICU护理应用人文关怀理念(持续性)临床效果及心理状态。方法选取2018年4月—2019年4月佛山市第一人民医院收治的96例ICU患者的临床资料,随机分为两组,对照组48例行常规护理,研究组48例行持续性人文关怀理念护理,比较两组SAS评分和SDS评分,以及两组生活质量、总满意度情况。结果研究组总满意度为95.83%,高于对照组的75.00%,比较差异明显(P<0.05);研究组SAS(31.28±2.62)分、SDS评分(32.64±2.26)分低于对照组,比较差异明显(P<0.05);研究组的生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论ICU患者应用持续性人文关怀理念护理效果显著,能提高总满意度,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁等不良心态,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and psychological state of human care concept(sustainability)in ICU nursing application.Methods The clinical data of 96 ICU patients admitted to the hospital from April,2018 to April,2019 were randomly di?vided into two groups.48 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing,and 48 patients in the study group underwent contin?uous human care concept care.The SAS scores and SDS scores,as well as the quality of life and total satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total satisfaction of the study group was 95.83%,which was higher than that of the control group(75%).The difference was significant(P<0.05).The SAS(31.28±2.62)and SDS scores(32.64±2.26)in the study group were lower than in the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was better than that of the con?trol group(P<0.05).Conclusion The ICU patients have a significant effect on the application of continuous human care concept,which can improve overall satisfaction,relieve patients'anxiety and depression,and improve their quality of life.
