天然桑葚染料染色研究进展

Progress in Dyeing Natural Mulberry Dyes

本课题介绍了桑葚花色苷的分类和化学成分、桑葚色素的提取及染色工艺。研究以桑葚色素上染棉织物为例,对其染色工艺进行详细阐述,总结了天然桑葚色素在纺织服装上应用的优点及亟待解决的问题。研究指出,桑葚色素提取工艺简单、环保。上染产品色泽柔和、自然,有独特的气味,而且具有亲肤、抗菌抑菌、抗远红外线等穿着效果,适用于婴幼儿服装、老年人服装、孕妇服装、贴身服装及各类家纺产品。然而,关于桑葚色素在面料上的应用研究仍处于实验阶段,本课题仅对其上染真丝及棉织物做了相关的研究,侧重于染色工艺及相关影响因素的探究,并未涉及染色机理。

The classification and chemical composition of anthocyanins and the extraction and dyeing process of mulberry pigments were introduced.The dyeing process was mainly described by using mulberry pigment dyed cotton fabric as an example.The advantages of natural mulberry pigments applied in textiles and garments and the problems to be solved are summarized.The research pointed out that the extraction process of mulberry pigment is simple and environmentally friendly.The dyed products are soft and natural in color,have their own unique odor,and have skin-friendly,antibacterial and anti-bacterial,anti-infrared and other wearing effects,suitable for infant clothing,elderly clothing,maternity clothing,close-fitting clothing and various home textiles.product.However,the application research on mulberry pigment on fabrics is still in the laboratory stage,and only related research on dyed silk and cotton fabrics has been done.The research focused on the dyeing process and related influencing factors,and did not involve its dyeing mechanism.
