中医药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛的临床研究

Clinical study on TCM treatment of angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

目的:分析中医药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年5月前来我院接受治疗的冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛患者82例,按照随机分配原则分成两组,即对照组和研究组各41例,对照组采用常规药物进行治疗,研究组采用常规药物加中医药进行治疗,对比两组的治疗效果和不良反应情况。结果:研究组治疗有效率显著高于对照组(χ^2=4.479,P <0.05);且不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(χ^2=5.513,P <0.05);治疗后,研究组心绞痛的发作次数和持续时间明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在临床上,采用中医药治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛的效果更为显著,不良反应少,能有效缓解心绞痛的临床症状,且安全性高,值得进一步的推广和使用。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating angina pectoris of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease. Methods: 82 patients with coronary atherosclerotic angina pectoris who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study. According to the principle of random table, they were assigned into two groups, namely the control group and the study group, with 41 cases in each group, the control group received conventional drug treatment, the study group received conventional drugs and traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results: The treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ^2=4.479, P < 0.05);and the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ^2=5.513, P < 0.05). After treatment, the number of episodes of angina pectoris in the study group and the duration was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Clinically, the application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with angina pectoris is more effective, it has less adverse reactions, and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris, and it is of high safety, which is worth further promotion and application.
