黄芪保心汤对心梗后心衰患者的临床疗效探究

Clinical efficacy of Huangqi Baoxin Decoction in patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction

目的:探讨黄芪保心汤对心梗后心衰患者的临床疗效。方法:选用我院在2016年1月-2017年1月所收治的心梗后心衰患者86例,平均分为两组,对照组应用常规的西医治疗方式进行治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用黄芪保心汤进行治疗。观察对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组患者的治疗效果要优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:在对心梗后心衰患者的治疗过程当中,应用黄芪保心汤进行治疗,其治疗效果良好,在临床上可以进一步广泛应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Huangqi Baoxin Decoction( 黄芪保心汤) in patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction. Methods: 86 patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups on average. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the research group was treated with Huangqi Baoxin Decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Huangqi Baoxin Decoction can be widely used in the treatment of heart failure after myocardial infarction.
