中医针灸治疗三叉神经痛患者的选穴规律分析及对患者疼痛症状的缓解作用分析

Regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia and its relieving effect on pain symptoms

目的:分析中医针灸治疗三叉神经痛患者的选穴规律分析及对患者疼痛症状的缓解作用。方法:以我院门诊处接诊的三叉神经疼痛者105例进行研究,将其分为观察组64例与对照组41例,观察组为中医针灸治疗,对照组为西药治疗。结果:两组治疗前的疼痛程度评分、发作次数、持续时间等没有明显差异(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组的疼痛情况得到有效改善,且观察组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中医针灸治疗三叉神经疼痛症,对患者的疼痛症状具有较好的缓解作用,值得临床推广。

Objective: To analyze the regularity of acupoint selection in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion and its alleviating effect on pain symptoms. Method: 105 cases of trigeminal neuralgia in the outpatient department of our hospital were studied. They were divided into the observation group(64 cases) and the control group(41 cases). The observation group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) acupuncture, while the control group was treated by Western medicine. Result: There was no significant difference in pain score, attack times and duration between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05);after treatment, the pain of the two groups was effectively relieved, and the effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of trigeminal neuralgia with traditional Chinese medicine has a good alleviating effect on the pain symptoms of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
