肉桂粉调醋外敷双足三里、内关穴促进原发性肝癌行腹腔镜下肝切除术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效分析

Effects of applying cinnamon powder mixed with vinegar on Zusanli, Neiguan acupoint to recover gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic resection of primary hepatocellular carcinoma

目的:探讨肉桂粉调醋外敷双足三里、内关穴对促进原发性肝癌行腹腔镜下肝切除术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效分析。方法:选取2014年12月-2015年12月来我院治疗的原发性肝癌患者120例,分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。两组均予以肝胆脾胰外科术后常规护理治疗。试验组在此基础上配合肉桂粉调醋外敷双侧足三里和内关穴,两组患者每日治疗或访视1次,疗程5 d。记录两组患者治疗后首次肠鸣音时间、首次肛门排气、首次排便时间、住院期间腹胀及恶心呕吐发生率以及疗效评价和安全性评价等指标。结果:两组患者在手术指标如术口长度、术中出血量、手术时间上差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),但试验组在术后首次肠鸣音时间、首次肛门排气、首次排便时间均优于对照组(P <0.05);且试验组能降低患者术后腹胀、恶心呕吐的发生率,临床疗效由于对照组(P <0.05)且无不良反应。结论:肉桂粉调醋外敷双足三里、内关穴能促进原发性肝癌行腹腔镜下肝切除术后胃肠功能恢复,减少术后不良胃肠反应发生,药物的不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objectives: To evaluate the effects of applying cinnamon powder mixed with vinegar on Zusanli(足三里), Neiguan(内关穴) acupoint to recover gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic resection of primary hepatocellular carcinoma. Methods: From December 2014 to December 2015, 120 patients after laparoscopic operation were enrolled in and randomly divided into the experimental and the control groups, with 60 cases in each group, the control group were treated convention treatment, while the experimental group received cinnamon powder mixed with vinegar on Zusanli, Neiguan acupoint on the basis of the control group, once a day and treatment was for 5 days. After treatment, the first bowel sound recovery time, the postoperativ:e exhaust time, the first defecation time, the incidence of bloating and nausea and vomiting during hospitalization, as well as the evaluation of efficacy and safety evaluation were compared between two groups. Results The first bowel sound recovery time, the postoperative exhaust time and the first defecation time in the experiment group was statistically earlier than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the experiment group was less than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying cinnamon powder mixed with vinegar on Zusanli, Neiguan acupoint is a promising measure for improving the gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic resection of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and preventing postoperative complications of operations.
