石氏逐痰通络补肾方治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of Shishi Zhutan Tongluo Bushen Decoction in treating knee osteoarthritis

目的:评价石氏逐痰通络补肾方治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效以及安全性。方法:将162例膝骨关节炎随机分为治疗组79例,对照组83例。治疗组给予石氏逐痰通络补肾方治疗,对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,两组均以56 d为1个疗程。统计两组临床疗效、治疗前后WOMAC评分变化以及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗56 d后,观察到治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P <0.05);两组WOMAC各项积分均有降低(P均<0.05),且治疗组各项指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);结论:石氏逐痰通络补肾方治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著,可明显减轻疼痛,改善关节功能,且临床应用相对安全,值得临床推广。

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of "Shishi Zhutan Tongluo Bushen Decoction"( 石氏逐痰通络补肾方) in treating osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods: 162 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 79 cases in the treatment group and 83 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with "Shishi Zhutan Tongluo Bushen Decoction", while the control group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets. Both groups had a course of treatment for 56 days. The clinical efficacy, WOMAC score before and after treatment, and adverse reactions of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: After treatment for 56 days, the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). All the WOMAC scores of the two groups were decreased(P < 0.05), and the improvement of all the indexes of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: "Shishi Zhutan Tongluo Bushen Decoction" has remarkable curative effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, it can obviously reduce pain, improve joint function, and is relatively safe in clinical application, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
