腰椎间盘突出症患者实行集束化护理联合中医护理的价值分析

Value analysis of cluster nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者实行集束化护理联合中医护理的价值分析。方法:选择2017年10月-2018年10月于我院治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者64例,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组(32例)和对照组(32例),观察组患者采用集束化护理联合中医护理干预措施,对照组实施常规护理措施,比较观察两组患者的临床疗效,患者心理状态及患者满意度。结果:护理结束后,观察组患者总有效率为93.76%,明显高于对照组62.50%(P <0.01);护理措施实施后,两组患者的SDS和SAS评分均有降低,观察组优于对照组(P <0.05),治疗结束后,观察组患者满意度为93.76%,明显高于对照组59.38%(P <0.05)。结论:集束化护理联合中医护理能够提高临床疗效,缓解病人焦虑心理,提高患者满意度。

Objective: To explore the value of cluster nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 64 cases of patients with lumbar disc prolapse treated in in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 treated were selected according to random number table method and were divided into the observation group(32 cases) and the control group(32 cases), the observation group received cluster nursing combined TCM nursing intervention measures, and the control group received conventional nursing measures, the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, patients psychological status and patient satisfaction were observed. Results: After the nursing care, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.76%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, 62.50%(P < 0.01). After the implementation of nursing measures, SDS and SAS scores of patients in both groups were decreased, and the observation group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05). After the treatment, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.76%, which was significantly higher than 59.38% in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Cluster nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing can improve clinical efficacy, relieve patients’ anxiety and improve patients’ satisfaction.
