莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of mosapride combined with flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的:分析莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果分析。方法:选取2017年11月-2018年11月本院收治60例功能性消化不良患者,将患者随机分为两组,对照组30例使用莫沙必利治疗,研究组30例使用莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,对比两组临床疗效及治疗前后症状评分。结果:研究组患者临床总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组73.33%(P <0.05);研究组患者不良反应发生率为10.00%,明显低于对照组26.66%(P <0.05);研究组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:对功能性消化不良患者采用莫沙必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗,不仅能够改善患者生活质量,降低不良反应发生率,还能有效提高临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。

Objective: To analyze the clinical effect of mosapride combined with flupentixol and melitracen in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods: Sixty patients with functional dyspepsia were enrolled in our hospital from November 2017 to November 2018. The patients were divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group were treated with mosapride, and 30 patients in the study group were treated with mosapride combined with flupentixol and melitracen, the clinical efficacy and symptom scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(26.6%)(P < 0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of mosapride combined with flupentixol and melitracen in patients with functional dyspepsia can not only improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, but also effectively improve clinical efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
