薄煤层联合开采工作面合理错距及矿压显现规律研究

摘要 为研究五里堠煤业3号和4号近距离煤层联合开采时的合理错距及矿压显现规律,采用理论分析,基于稳压区理论和减压区理论计算得出3号煤层和4号煤层工作面间的最小错距在14.35~28.04 m;通过矿压监测和巷道表面位移监测,结果表明:3号和4号煤层进行联合开采时,上下工作面间的错距大于30 m时为合理错距,此时支架的工作阻力正常,未出现超限现象,回采巷道在联合开采期间围岩变形量较小。 In order to analyze the joint deviation of the No.3 and No.4 coal seams in the short-distance coal seams,the reasonable deviation and the law of the occurrence of the mining pressure are now analyzed through theoretical analysis.,Based on the theory of voltage regulator and the theory of decompression zone,the minimum error distance between the working faces of No.3 coal seam and No.4 coal seam is in the range of 14.35~28.04 m.According to the results of mine pressure monitoring,the mining pressure law of different working distances is analyzed,and the deformation of mining roadway during joint mining is analyzed.The results show that when the No.3 and No.4 coal seams are jointly mined,when the wrong distance between the upper and lower working faces is greater than 30 m,it is reasonable wrong distance.At this time,the working resistance of the support is normal,there is no over-limit phenomenon,and the mining roadway is in the joint mining period.The surrounding rock deformation is small.
