基于农民需求视角的农业信息服务探究——以武汉市为例

Research on Agricultural Information Service from the Perspective of Farmers’ Demand——Take Wuhan as an example

新一轮信息革命为农业农村信息化带来了机遇。数字化、网络化、智能化、智慧化的信息技术已经深入到农业各个环节,为农业农村发展带来深刻变革。农业信息服务逐步成为农业增效、农民增收的重要渠道。基于农民需求视角,对武汉市农业信息服务现状进行全面剖析,针对武汉市农业信息服务有效需求不足问题,探究向农民提供更科学、更有效、更精准的农业信息服务路径。

At present, a new round of information revolution has brought significant historical opportunities to agricultural and rural informatization. Digital, networked, intelligent, and intelligent information technology has penetrated all aspects of agriculture and every corner of the countryside, bringing profound changes to the development of agriculture and rural areas. Agricultural information services have gradually become an important means of affecting agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income. Based on the perspective of farmers’ needs, the author conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of agricultural information services in Wuhan, with a view to solving the problem of insufficient effective demand for agricultural information services in Wuhan, and seeking to provide farmers with more scientific, effective and accurate agricultural information service paths.
