“互联网+”环境下高校共青团构建个性化创新创业教育体系研究

Research on the Construction of Personalized Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System of the Communist Youth League of Colleges and Universities under the "Internet +" Environment

探讨我国高校开展大学生创新创业教育的现状,借鉴国外经验和调研实际情况,提出了高校共青团要发挥桥梁纽带作用建立自上而下的个性化创新创业教育顶层设计,构建依托"互联网+"的全员、全过程、全方位的个性化创新创业教育人才培养模式,搭建线上和线下相结合的个性化创新创业教育平台载体,要建立健全完善的个性化创新创业教育服务保障体系,从而实现创新创业人才培养目标。

This paper makes an objective analysis on the cognition and present situation of individual innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students. According to the problems found in the research, this paper carries out issue-oriented research and analyzes the current situation of college students ’innovation and entrepreneurship education in China. By drawing on foreign experience and investigating the actual situation of Chinese universities, this paper puts forward that the Communist Youth League should play the role of bridge and link to establish a top-down design of personalized innovation and entrepreneurship education. We will build a model of individual entrepreneurship education that relies on the Internet + for all personnel, the whole process, and the full range of individual entrepreneurship education personnel. We will build a platform for personalized entrepreneurship education that combines online and offline, and we will establish a sound and complete service guarantee system for personalized innovation entrepreneurship education. In order to achieve the University’s Communist Youth League to build a personalized innovative entrepreneurship education system of personnel training goals.
