Research on the Integration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Administration Education

将创新创业教育融入行政管理专业教育是满足我国对创新型人才需求、开展行政管理专业教学改革和解决行政管理专业学生就业的重要途径。对豫章师范学院大一至大三和已毕业的行政管理专业学生进行问卷调研,了解行政管理专业创新创业教育现状,发现存在着学生创新创业意识不强、学校创业平台缺失、创新创业教育课程与专业教育脱节、"双创"教师人才短缺等问题,并提出相应对策建议。

To meet China’s demand for innovative talents, realize the reform of administrative management and solve the employment of administrative students, it is an important means to integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education into administrative management education. Take first to third year and graduated students of administration major from YuZhang normal university as survey object to explore the current situation of innovation and entrepreneurship education of administration major, the result of the survey shows that dilemmas such as the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship idea, the lack of entrepreneurship platform, the lack of disconnection between entrepreneurial courses and professional education, and the shortage of and find that there are problems such as students’ lack of innovation and entrepreneurship, lack of school entrepreneurship platform, disconnection between innovative and entrepreneurial education courses and professional education, and shortage of entrepreneurial teachers. To solve the problem, it is important to improve the entrepreneurial awareness, to build better platform for entrepreneurship, to establish a curriculum system for entrepreneurship education, and to attract more experienced entrepreneurial teachers.
