铁路工程的投资分析是根据项目的功能、标准、条件等工程特征,采用合适的统计分析技术,确定项目投资的合理性,其核心是追求和实现建设项目的投资费用与工程特征之间的辩证统一。现阶段的工作手段仍保留在传统的人工统计的方式,不能适应铁路建设的快速发展。针对投资分析的传统工作方式存在的主要问题进行分析,论述其实现信息化的可行性和需要的基础条件,分析了实现信息化需要解决的关键问题,并提出实现信息化的具体方法和步骤。

The investment analysis of railway engineering is based on the project's functions,standards,conditions and other engineering characteristics.This article uses appropriate statistical analysis techniques to determine the rationality of project investment,the key is the dialectical unity between the pursuit and realization of investment costs and engineering features of construction projects.However,the current working methods still remain in the traditional manual statistics and cannot adapt to the rapid development of railway construction.This article analyzes the main problems in the traditional working methods of investment analysis,discusses the feasibility and basic conditions of its realization of informatization,meanwhile analyzes the key issues that need to be solved to realize informatization,and puts forward specific methods and steps to realize it.
