铜镍合金注入管线渗漏问题原因分析及解决措施

摘要 渤海湾某油田生产水处理系统絮凝剂注入管线为铜镍合金材质,自2013年投运后铜镍合金主管线发生多次腐蚀渗漏问题,导致生产污水系统运行不稳定,严重影响注水水质。运用滴定法对生产水中离子进行分析,利用腐蚀原理得出了铜镍合金腐蚀原因,提出了几个改造方案,选择了适合絮凝剂注入的PPR材质管线。絮凝剂注入主管线渗漏问题在现场得以解决。 The material characteristic of the floccuant injection pipeline was Cu-Ni alloy which was used for the production oily water system of BO-HAI bay X oilfield,that had happened serious leakage problem since it was put into practiced in 2013.Resulting the production oily water system running unstable,seriously affected the quality of the production oily water system.By using the titration method to analysis the ion of the production oily water and using the corrosion theory,came up with cause of the corrosion of the Cu-Ni alloy,by giving serious projects,electing the project of using the PPR pipeline instead of the Cu-Ni alloy,the leakage problem of the floccuant agent pipeline was solved.
