摘要
利用电化学电流噪声测试技术,探讨了在650℃时,经过不同敏化时间的316L不锈钢的晶间腐蚀敏感性。结果表明:电流噪声与晶间腐蚀敏感性有关,电流噪声波动越大,晶间腐蚀敏感性越强;利用电流标准偏差可半定量计算晶间腐蚀敏感性;随着敏化时间延长,316L晶间腐蚀敏感性增大;平均频率fn值与晶间腐蚀程度正好相反,晶间腐蚀越严重,fn值越小。
The sensitivity of intergranular corrosion of 316L stainless steel subjected to different sensitization times at 650oC was investigated by using electrochemical noise measurement technology.The results show that the current noise is related to the sensitivity of intergranular corrosion,The greater the fluctuation of current noise,the stronger the intergranular corrosion susceptibility.The susceptibility to intergranular corrosion can be quantitatively calculated by using the current standard deviation;with the extension of the sensitizing time,316L intercrystalline Corrosion sensitivity increases;the average frequency fn value and the degree of intergranular corrosion is just the opposite,the more severe the intergranular corrosion,the smaller the fn value.
