摘要
某核电厂的励磁发电机空气冷却器出口管道发生腐蚀穿孔,影响系统设备的稳定运行。本文从管道宏观形貌、内部介质、运行工况等方面对管道腐蚀穿孔原因进行了分析,结果表明,造成腐蚀穿孔的主要原因为电偶腐蚀。
Corrosion perforation occurred in the outlet pipe of air cooler of excitation generator in a nuclear power plant,which affected the stable operation of system equipment.In this paper,the causes of pipeline corrosion perforation are analyzed from the aspects of macro-morphology,internal medium and operation conditions.The results show that the main cause of corrosion perforation is galvanic corrosion.
