“互联网+”在慢性病管理中的研究与应用

Research and Application of “Internet +” in Chronic Disease Management

慢性非传染性疾病严重威胁国民健康,已成为国民最主要的疾病负担,是我国重大的公共卫生问题,慢性病管理工作日益成为卫生工作的重点。随着信息技术的不断发展,"互联网+"与健康产业深度融合,丰富了医疗服务的内容,提高了服务质量和效率,推动了慢性病健康管理的新发展。本文以近年来慢性病的相关文献及研究成果为基础,分析"互联网+"在慢性病管理中的应用,包括在社区卫生服务以及个性化健康服务中的应用;并提出目前慢性病管理中存在的问题,如医疗卫生信息资源难以充分共享、健康管理平台的设计未能调动多方力量、云环境下的数据安全面临挑战等,以期为"互联网+"在慢性病管理中的进一步研究与应用提供参考。

Chronic diseases severely threaten national health, which have become the foremost cause of disease burden, being a major public health problem in China. Chronic disease management has become the main focus of health work. With the continuous development of information technology, "Internet +" is deeply integrated with the health industry, enriching the content of medical services, improving the service quality and efficiency, and promoting the development of health management of chronic diseases. Based on the recent literature and research results of chronic diseases, this article analyzed the application of "Internet +" in chronic disease management, including applications in community health services and personalized health services;It also raised the problems existing in chronic disease management, such as the difficulty in fully sharing medical and health information resources, the failure of the design of health management platforms to mobilize multiple forces, and the challenges of data security in cloud environments, with a view to provide references for further research and application of "Internet +" in chronic disease management.
