微媒体时代高校图书馆对大学生网络素养提升探讨

Discussion on Improvement of College Students’ Network Literacy in Libraries of Colleges and Universities in the Era of Micro-media

网络素养是信息素质的重要组成部分,是大学生适应网络社会与自主学习所必备的素质与条件。文章在阐述大学生网络素养内涵的基础上,结合当前微媒体对大学生上网时间、主流价值取向及网络道德行为方面的影响,提出高校图书馆应该从文献资源建设、校园文化建设、优秀经典阅读活动、网络信息正面宣传教育及网络道德修养等方面提升大学生的网络素养。

Network literacy is one of the important components of information literacy,and it is the necessary quality and condition for college students to adapt to network society and independent learning.On the basis of expounding the connotation of college students’network literacy,combined with the influence of current micro-media on college students’online time,mainstream value orientation and network ethical behavior,this article proposed that libraries of colleges and universities should promote the network literacy of college students from the aspects of document resource construction,campus culture construction,excellent classic reading activities,positive publicity education on network information and network moral cultivation.
