摘要 聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)因其环保性能和低成本逐渐在更多的领域获得应用,但其注塑加工困难、力学性能有待提高限制了PET在工程领域或其它结构件上的使用,为解决此类问题,采用空心玻璃微珠与PET共混制备合金,同时辅以一定的功能性助剂(增韧剂、相容剂、稳定剂等),进一步提高合金性能。力学性能测试表明:添加一定量空心玻璃微珠可以提高PET冲击强度,同时拉伸强度保持一个较优水平。复合材料冲密度、黏度、熔融指数测试表明:使用空心玻璃微珠改性PET,可以较好地改善PET注塑加工性能,节约生产成本。 Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)has been used in more and more fields because of its environmental protection and low cost,but its injection processing difficulties and mechanical properties need to be improved,which limit the use of pet in engineering or other structural parts.In order to solve these problems,this paper uses hollow glass beads to blend with pet to prepare alloys,and at the same time,some functional aids are added(Toughening agent,compatibilizer,stabilizer,etc.)to further improve the properties of the alloy.The mechanical properties test shows that the impact strength of pet can be improved by adding a certain amount of hollow glass beads,while the tensile strength remains a better level.The test results of impact density,viscosity and melt index of composite materials show that the modification of pet with hollow glass beads can improve the injection processing performance of pet and save the production cost.
