德国巴马格新型WINGS-FDY生产设备,其设计理念完全有别于传统FDY生产工艺,纺丝配置预网络器,热辊箱由4个热辊,3个辅助导辊组成,采用无油拉伸工艺,卷绕拉伸后上油方式,该装置具备高效节能短流程特点,大大降低了生产成本。为了保证产品能够在高速经编机上使用,满足高端客户要求,必须探索全新的工艺条件。

The new type developed WINGS-FDY production equipment in Barmag is completely different from the traditional FDY production process in its design concept.The spinning process is equipped with a pre-network device.The hot roll box consists of four hot rollers and three auxiliary guide rollers.It adopts oil-free drawing process and oil-loading after winding and stretching.The device has the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving and short process,which greatly reduces the production cost.In order to ensure that the products can be used on high-speed warp knitting machines and meet the requirements of high-end customers,new technological conditions must be explored.
