PTA装置停工有效回收乙酸技术探讨

摘要 探讨了PTA装置停工有效回收乙酸技术,通过改进的思路及方案,氧化单元碱洗主线,装置碱洗后的污水处置等方法,降低装置酸耗,减少现场异味。结果表明:氧化装置延长停工时间、减少碱洗频次和用碱量的方法被证实是可行有效的。为氧化装置停工工艺处置,实现环保管控打下来良好的基础。 This paper discusses the technology of effective recovery of acetic acid from PTA plant shutdown.Through the improvement ideas and schemes,the main line of alkali washing in oxidation unit,and the sewage treatment after alkali washing in the plant,the acid consumption of the plant is reduced and the peculiar smell on site is reduced.The results show that it is feasible and effective to prolong the shutdown time,reduce the frequency of alkali washing and the amount of alkali used.It lays a good foundation for oxidation plant shutdown process disposal and environmental protection control.
