摘要
目的 建立基于Au纳米团簇荧光猝灭特性检测酪氨酸酶(tyrosinase,TYR)活性的方法 .方法以谷胱甘肽为模板合成Au纳米团簇(Au nanoclusters AuNCs),通过荧光猝灭检测TYR活性.结果 酪氨酸酶活力范围在11.55~69.30 U/mL时,荧光猝灭减半时间(quenching time of half fluorescence intensity,QTHFI)与酪氨酸酶活力线性相关,r2为0.98,检出限为1.28 U/mL.结论 利用Au纳米团簇荧光特性检测酪氨酸酶活力的新方法可行.
Objective To establish a method of detection of tyrosinase(TYR) activity was researched. Methods AuNCs was synthesized using glutathione(GSH) as the template, and TYR activity was detected by fluorescence quenching. Results There is a good linear relation between the quenching time of half fluorescence intensity(QTHFI) and tyrosinase activity ranging in 11.55-69.30 U/mL, r2 reached 0.98, the detection limit is 1.28 U/mL. Conclusion The method for detecting tyrosinase activity by the fluorescence characteristics of Au nanoclusters is feasible.
