摘要
在深厚软土、富含孤石的风化岩层等复杂地质场地,独立塔式起重机基础采用大口径单桩+承台形式,同时对承台进行附着连接加固方案,降低了塔式起重机基础的施工难度,缩短了塔机基础工期,降低了相关工程措施费用,保障了工程塔机顺利安装与安全运行。从施工技术、施工质量与安全、工期、经济等方面取得了较好的综合效果。方案的实施突破了塔机基础技术规程及塔机安装说明书对塔机桩基础的根数要求,为类似工程场地塔机基础方案的选择提供了成功案例参考。
This study intends to provide an optimum foundation design for an independent tower crane suitable for the complex geological setting which involves boulder stones or thick layers of soft soils.The design suggests using a large-diameter monopile cap steadied by attaching reinforced concrete beams to foundation beams of the main structure.It can reduce the difficulty of installation,minimizing construction period and relevant costs,therefore ensuring the safety and success of installation and running of the tower crane.In summary,it brought good results in terms of engineering technology,safety,quality,costs and time consumption,etc.Furthermore,the implementation of the project broke through the number requirements of piles applied to the tower crane foundation suggested by the basic technical regulations and the installation manual of tower crane,which will provide a successful case reference for similar situations.
