马王堆医书方剂用方特色及其价值研究

Application and Prescription Value of Mawangdui Medical Books

出土于马王堆的医籍文献—帛书《五十二病方》及其卷末佚文、《养生方》《杂疗方》及《胎产书》等有不少属于医方类的内容,多方面地反映了先秦两汉时期方剂学发展的实况,是研究我国早期方剂学的成就和水平的重要依据。本文重在从治疗疾病的方法、用药规律的角度,来剖析马王堆医书处方用药临证实践经验特色,借此研究以体现马王堆医书的方剂价值,探索西汉前我国方剂学成就和水平,以丰富方剂学学科内涵,为现代医药学术研究和医疗实践活动提供相关借鉴。

Mawangdui medical books,such as Fifty-two Disease Prescriptions,Health Preservation Prescriptions,Miscellaneous Therapeutic Prescriptions and Fetal Birth Prescriptions,reflect the actual situation of the development of TCM formula during pre-Qin period and Han dynasty in many aspects and are the important basis for the research on the achievements and level of early TCM formula in China.This study analyzed the medication experiences and medication characteristics of the formulas recorded in Mawangdui medical books by focusing on the treatment of disease and the law of medication.Therefore,the value of Mawangdui medical books was explored thus to investigate the achievements of TCM formulas before the Western Han Dynasty,expand and deepen the connotation of TCM formulas,as well as provide relative reference for the research and practice of modern medical science.
