近20年来针灸治疗压力性尿失禁的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating SUI in Recent 20 Years

目的:整理近20年来针灸治疗压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床研究,为临床上针灸治疗SUI提供数据依据。方法:检索1999年1月1日—2019年5月22日中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)及PubMed英文数据库关于针灸治疗SUI的临床研究类文献。从选穴归经、部位,针灸治疗方法方面进行总结和分析。结果:最终共得针灸治疗SUI的临床文献99篇。临床治疗中选穴频次最多的经脉依次为任脉、足太阳膀胱经、足太阴脾经、足阳明胃经;选用最多的穴位依次为关元、三阴交、中极、足三里、气海、肾俞、会阳、中髎、次髎、百会。临床治疗方法包括:单纯针刺、单纯电针、单纯穴位埋线及注射,针刺加灸法,针灸加中药,针灸联合盆底肌训练或生物反馈疗法。结论:针灸治疗SUI已取得广泛的临床疗效,但针灸治疗SUI的临床研究仍存在一定的局限性。今后应规范临床研究,更好地服务于临床治疗。

Objective:To summarize the clinical studies on acupuncture and moxibustion treating stress urinary incontinence(SUI)in the past 20 years and to provide data basis for clinical acupuncture treatment of SUI.Methods:Clinical studies on acupuncture and moxibustion treating SUI were retrieved in the databases of CNKI and PubMed from January 1,1999 to May 22,2019.This study summarized and analyzed the point selection and the treating methods of acupuncture and moxibustion.Results:There were 99 clinical literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion treating SUI.The meridians with the most frequent acupoint selected were Ren Channel,Bladder Meridian of Foot-Taiyang,Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin and Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming.The most selected acupoints were Guanyuan(RN4),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zhongji(RN3),Zusanli(ST36),Qihai(RN6),Shenshu(BL23),Huiyang(BL35),Zhongliao(BL33),Ciliao(BL32)and Baihui(DU20).Clinical treatment methods include single acupuncture,single electro-acupuncture,single acupoint catgut embedding and single acupoint injection,as well as acupuncture plus moxibustion,acupuncture and moxibustion plus Chinese medication,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with pelvic floor muscle training and biofeedback therapy.Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion has achieved extensive clinical efficacy in the treatment of SUI,but there are still some limitations in the clinical studies.In the future,clinical researches should be standardized to better serve clinical treatment.
