蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊联合灯盏细辛对脑梗死患者疗效及神经保护作用研究

Efficacy and Neuroprotection of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule Combined with Erigeron Breviscapus in Treating Cerebral Infarction

目的:研究蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊联合灯盏细辛治疗脑梗死的疗效及对神经保护作用。方法:70例脑梗死患者随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(35例),对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予灯盏细辛治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗基础上给予蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊联合灯盏细辛治疗,疗程2周。分别于治疗前及治疗后第3 d、7 d、14 d,检测脑水肿指数(CEI)。分别于治疗前后,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活能力评分(Barthel)量表评估神经功能缺损程度,并对比两组疗效;测定神经特异性烯醇化酶(Neuron Specific Enolase,NSE)、S100β蛋白(S100β)等水平。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(80.00%vs 62.86%,P<0.05)。治疗第7 d和第14 d,两组CEI较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分均显著降低(P<0.05),Barthel指数均显著升高(P<0.05),两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者NSE和S100β水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),对照组和观察组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊联合灯盏细辛能有效改善脑梗死患者脑水肿,提高疗效,起到保护脑神经作用。

Objective:To study the efficacy and neuroprotective effects of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule combined with Erigeron Breviscapus in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:70 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).Both groups were given routine treatment;on which basis,the control group was treated with Erigeron Breviscapus,and the observation group was treated with Zhilong Huoxuetong combined with Erigeron Breviscapus.The treatment duration was two weeks.Cerebral edema index(CEI)was measured before the treatment,on the 3rd,7th,and 14th day of the treatment.The scores of NIHSS and the scores of Barthel index were used to assess the degree of neurological deficits before and after the treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared.The levels of NSE and S100βprotein were determined.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.00%,which was significantly higher than 62.86%of the control group(P<0.05).On the 7th and 14th day of the treatment,the CEI of the two groups was significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the NIHSS scores were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the Barthel index was significantly higher in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of NSE and S100βwere significantly lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule combined with Erigeron breviscapus can effectively improve brain edema in patients with cerebral infarction,it can improve curative effect and protect brain nerve.
