穴位埋线治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Acupoint Catgut Embedding in Treating Lumbodorsal Myofascitis

目的:评价穴位埋线治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法:60例腰背肌筋膜炎患者被随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例,治疗组采用穴位埋线疗法治疗,对照组采用塞来昔布胶囊药物治疗。观察两组治疗前后ODI、VAS评分,并比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组治疗后ODI、VAS评分与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后ODI、VAS评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。依据《中药新药临床研究指导原则》,治疗组总有效率为96.67%;对照组总有效率为70.00%。两组比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.680,P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎疗效优于塞来昔布胶囊内服。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis.Methods:60 cases of lumbar myofascitis were randomly assigned to the observation group(n=30)and the control group(n=30).The observation group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding,and the control group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules.The socres of Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)were observed before and after the treatment,also the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistical differences in ODI scores and VAS scores between before and after the treatment in the same group(P<0.01);also there were significant differences in ODI scores and VAS scores after the treatment between the two groups(P<0.01).According to the Guidelines on the Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine Drugs,the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group(χ2=7.680,P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of acupoint catgut embedding is better than the single medication of Celecoxib Capsules in the treatment of lumbodorsal myofascitis.
