中药复方与有效成分调控NF-kB/MAPKs/JNK信号通路介导炎症反应抗AS的研究进展 被引量:28

摘要 通过总结近些年来中药在抗动脉粥样硬化中相关实验研究进展,发现一些生物碱类、单萜和三萜类、酮类和醇类、以及一些中药复方可以通过抑制NF-kB信号通路下游的IL-Iβ、TNF-α、CRP、MMPs、VCAM-1、ICAM-1、MCP-1,IL-6、IL-8等细胞因子表达,进而影响内皮细胞功能,泡沫细胞形成、单核细胞的粘附,斑块的稳定性等AS的发病机制,来发挥抗AS作用;一些虫类,酮类,生物碱类也可通过调控MAPKS有关信号通路下的CRP、IL-6、MCP-1、CD-68、TNF-α等相关炎症因子发挥抗AS作用。仅发现制何首乌中的大黄素可通过提高JAK2/STAT3信号通路中抑制因子SOCS3的表达发挥抗AS作用。本文希望通过阐述这些中药有效成分调控NF-kB/MAPKs/JNK信号通路介导的炎症反应,能够为寻求更多相关抗炎中药治疗AS提供新的思路和理论依据。 By summarizing TCM related experimental research progress in preventing atherosclerosis(AS)in recent years,it found that some of the alkaloids,monoterpene and triterpene,ketones,alcohols,and some TCM compound formula can inhibit IL-Iβ,TNF-α,CRP,MMPs,VCAM-1,ICAM-1,MCP-1,IL-6,IL-8,and other AS-related cytokines of NF–KB signaling pathways,futher to influence endothelial cell function,foam cell formation,monocyte adhesion and the stability of the plaques to play a role in anti-AS.Some insects,ketones and alkaloids can also play an anti-AS role by regulating CRP,IL-6,MCP-1,CD-68,TNF-αand other related inflammatory factors of MAPKS signaling pathway.It found that emodin in polygonum multiflorum Thunb could play an anti-AS role by increasing the expression of the inhibitory factor SOCS3 of the JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway.It is hoped that the paper can provide new ideas and theoretical basis for seeking more relevant anti-inflammatory TCM therapies by elaborating these effective components of Chinese medicinal in regulating the inflammatory response mediated by the NF-kB/MAPKs/JNK signaling pathway.
