干眼症中医病因病机的研究概况

Research Progress on Etiology and Pathogenesis of Xeroma

本文从外感、内伤、脏腑及经络等方面总结了干眼症的中医病因病机的研究概况,同时指出干眼症中医病因病机研究上尚需注意三点,一是病因病机与临床相关联,二是从实验角度进一步证实经络相关性,三是进行多中心研究全面认识其病因病机。

This study summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of xeroma from the aspects of external contraction,internal injury,viscera,as well as meridians and collaterals.At the same time,it is pointed out more TCM studies about xeroma should be carried out in terms of the association of etiology and pathogenesis with clinic practice,the correlation of meridians and collaterals from the experimental point of view,and comprehensively understanding the etiology and pathogenesis of xeroma through multi-center study.
