护理干预在ICU危重患者床旁连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:分析ICU危重患者床旁连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)中采用护理干预的方法及效果。方法:将2016年10月至2018年10月在本院重症监护室进行床旁CRRT治疗的46例患者按照随机抽签法分为研究组(23例,实施护理干预)和对照组(23例,实施基础护理),对比两组患者护理前后血钠、血钾水平变化以及并发症发生率等情况。结果:两组患者护理前血钾、血钠水平差异对比不存在统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后血钾、血钠水平均有所下降(P<0.05),且研究组患者下降更为显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者出血率(4.3%)、感染率(0.0%)、心血管并发症发生率(4.3%)、下肢深静脉血栓发生率(0.0%)均明显低于对照组(34.8%、13.0%、30.4%、21.7%)。结论:ICU危重患者床旁连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)中采用护理干预可提高患者临床治疗效果,减少并发症的发生。 Objective:To analyze the method and effect of nursing intervention in continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)by ICU critically ill patients bedside.Methods:46 patients who received CRRT treatment in ICU from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(23 cases,nursing intervention)and control group(23 cases,basic nursing).The changes of blood sodium and potassium levels and the incidence of complications before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in serum potassium and sodium levels between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,serum potassium and sodium levels decreased(P<0.05),but the decrease in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The incidence of bleeding(4.3%),infection(0.0%),cardiovascular complications(4.3%)and deep venous thrombosis(0.0%)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(34.8%,13.0%,30.4%,21.7%).Conclusion:Nursing intervention in continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)at bedside of ICU critically ill patients can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
