人性化护理在核医学科检查中的应用价值

The application value of humanized nursing in nuclear medicine examination

目的:分析核医学检查期间辅以人性化护理干预的应用价值。方法:本次研究以2018年2月至2019年2月于本院接受核医学科检查患者86例为对象,参照抽签结果分为观察组与对照组,对照组辅以常规护理干预,观察组辅以人性化护理干预,观察两组患者疗效。结果:两组患者未接受护理干预前依从性、心态无明显差异,经护理干预后,观察组患者依从评分(7.41±1.01)分明显高于对照组,SAS评分(35.03±1.04)分、SDS评分(34.37±1.02)分较对照组低(P<0.05),同时观察组患者用药错误发生率、意外事故发生率、护患纠纷发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者对本次护理服务更为满意。结论:核医学科检查期间辅以人性化护理干预可提高患者依从性,改善不良心态,预防意外情况。

Objective:To analyze the application value of humanistic nursing intervention during nuclear medical examination.Methods:This study was conducted on 86 patients who underwent nuclear medicine examination in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019.The results were divided into observation group and control group.The control group was supplemented with routine nursing intervention.Humanized nursing intervention was observed to observe the efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results:Two groups of patients did not receive nursing intervention before adherence,no obvious difference,after nursing intervention,the patients compliance score(7.41±1.01)observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the anxiety score,depression score(35.03±1.04)(34.37±1.02)than the control group(P<0.05),lower than the observation group of patients the incidence of medication errors,accident rate,incidence of dispute of nurses and patients were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing service.Conclusion:During the examination of nuclear medicine,humanized nursing intervention can improve the compliance of patients,improve the bad state of mind,and prevent unexpected situations.
