舒肝解郁胶囊联合喹硫平治疗精神分裂症患者疗效及对患者血清NSE、BDNF、CPK和PRL表达影响研究

Efficacy of the Shugan Jieyu capsule plus quetiapine on the expression of serum NSE, BDNF, CPK and PRL in patients with schizophrenia

目的:分析舒肝解郁胶囊联合喹硫平治疗精神分裂症患者疗效。方法:收治的86例精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组与对照组,每组患者各43例。研究组患者采用舒肝解郁胶囊联合喹硫平治疗,对照组患者采用喹硫平治疗。两组治疗疗程为12周。对比分析两组治疗总有效率,治疗前与治疗12周匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)和阳性和阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)评分、血清血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(Neuron-Specific Enolase,NSE)、脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor,BDNF)、肌酸磷酸激酶(Creative Phospho Kinase,CPK)和催乳素(Prolactin,PRL)表达。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为90.70%,高于对照组67.44%,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组治疗后PSQI和PANSS评分相比于治疗前降低(P <0.05);研究组治疗后PSQI和PANSS评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。两组治疗后血清NSE和CPK表达相比于治疗前下降,而BDNF表达相比于治疗前升高(P <0.05);研究组血清PRL表达较治疗前降低(P <0.05),而对照组血清PRL表达较治疗前升高(P <0.05);研究组治疗后血清NSE、CPK和PRL表达低于对照组,而BDNF表达高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合喹硫平治疗精神分裂症患者疗效良好,可降低血清NSE、CPK和PRL表达而提高BDNF表达。

Objective: To analyze efficacy of the Shugan Jieyu capsule( 舒肝解郁胶囊) plus quetiapine on schizophrenia. Methods: 86 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, 43 cases in each group. The study group was treated with the Shugan Jieyu capsule plus quetiapine, while the control group was treated with quetiapine. Results: The total efficiency in the study group was 90.70%, higher than 67.44% in the control group(P<0.05). The PSQI and PANSS scores in two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). The PSQI and PANSS scores in the study group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The expression of serum NSE and CPK in two groups were more decreased after treatment, while the expression of BDNF was more increased after treatment(P<0.05). The expression of serum PRL in the study group was more decreased after treatment(P<0.05), while the expression of serum PRL in the control group was more increased after treatment(P<0.05). The expression of serum NSE, CPK and PRL in the study group was lower than the control group after treatment, while the expression of BDNF was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shugan Jieyu capsule plus quetiapine is effective on schizophrenia, can reduce the expression of NSE, CPK and PRL in serum and increase the expression of BDNF.
