针灸推拿对中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者康复治疗的研究

Rehabilitation efficacy of acupuncture plus massage on spastic paralysis after stroke

目的:对针灸推拿对中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者康复治疗的有效性及肢体功能的影响进行研究。方法:选取2016年4月-2018年2月在我院进行治疗的中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者108例,随机分为两组。对照组采取康复训练进行治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采取针灸推拿进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量测评表(Quality Of Life,QOL)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(The Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)和运动功能量表评分。结果:研究组患者下肢功能及四肢活动灵活度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。对照组的治疗效果明显低于研究组(P <0.05);研究组的身体状况、行为、社会活动和自评生活质量QOL评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05),对照组的ODI评分明显低于研究组(P <0.05);研究组的运动功能量表评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:采取针灸推拿对中风后痉挛性瘫痪患者进行康复治疗,取得了理想的治疗效果,提高了患者的生活能力,改善了肢体功能,有利于患者和家人的正常生活,促进其身心健康,值得在临床进一步推广。

Objective: To study efficacy of acupuncture plus massage on spastic paralysis after stroke. Methods: 108 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by rehabilitation training, and the study group was treated by acupuncture plus massage more. Results: Limb function was better in the study group(P<0.05). Efficiency in the control group was lower than the study group(P<0.05). The QOL score in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). The ODI score in the control group was lower than the study group(P<0.05), and the motor function scale score in the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture plus massage were applied in rehabilitation treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke, with good effects, by improving the living ability and limb function, and is worthy of further promotion.
