踝三针配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效观察

Observation on treating lumbar disc herniation by ankle-three-needle plus acupuncture

目的:探讨分析踝三针配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:选取2017年7月-2018年6月本院针灸科收治的92例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规针刺治疗,观察组给予踝三针配合针刺治疗,比较临床疗效,治疗前、治疗后2、4、8周视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,JOA)评分。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为95.65%,显著提高(P <0.05),治疗前两患者JOA评分无显著性差异(P> 0.05),治疗后2、4、8周JOA评分均呈现上升趋势,且观察组治疗后2、4、8周JOA评分上升更显著(P <0.05),治疗前两组患者VAS评分无显著性差异(P> 0.05),治疗后2、4、8周VAS评分均呈现下降趋势,且观察组治疗后2、4、8周VAS评分下降更显著(P <0.05)。结论:踝三针配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症可提高临床疗效,缓解疼痛,促进腰椎功能的恢复,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of ankle-three-needle plus acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation. Methods: 92 cases were divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional acupuncture;and the observation group was given anklethree-needle more. Results: The total efficiency was 95.65% in the observation group, better than the control group, P<0.05. At 2, 4, and 8 weeks after treatment, the JOA scores in both groups were increased, and the increase in the observation group was more significant, P<0.05. The VAS scores in both groups were decreased, and the decline in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Anklethree-needle plus acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation shows good effects, can relieve pain, and is worthy of promotion.
