小儿捏脊配合穴位贴敷对小儿功能性消化不良的效果观察

Observation on treating pediatric functional dyspepsia by the knead ridge therapy plus acupoint application

目的:本研究运用捏脊手法配合运脾散敷贴神阙穴治疗小儿功能性消化不良(Functional Dyspepsia,PD),观察其临床治疗效果,推广家庭式保健防治小儿功能性消化不良。方法:采用简单随机方法分为采用小儿捏脊手法配合运脾散敷贴神阙穴的治疗组30例,单纯采用运脾散敷贴的对照组30例。比较两组的临床治疗效果、主要症状疗效。结果:根据统计数据,治疗组与对照组的治疗有效率的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采用小儿捏脊配合运脾散敷贴神阙穴的治疗方式在临床上优于单纯运用运脾散穴位敷贴对照组,对临床上治疗小儿功能性消化不良有一定临床实践意义,患儿及家长接受性较高,且家长学习、操作性高,对于推广入家庭保健中有一定意义。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of the knead ridge therapy plus the acupoint application on the Shenque point(神阙穴) with Yunpi San( 运脾散) on pediatric functional dyspepsia. Methods: 30 cases in the treatment group were given the knead ridge therapy plus the acupoint application on the Shenque point with Yunpi San;and 30 cases in the control group were treated with the acupoint application on Shenque point with Yunpi San simply. Results: There was a statistically significant difference of efficiency between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The knead ridge therapy plus the acupoint application on the Shenque point with Yunpi San on pediatric functional dyspepsia shows good effects, and is worthy of promotion in family health.
