摘要
目的:研究小针刀治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis, KOA)的效果及对患者肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor,TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶(Matrix Metalloproteinases、MMPs)水平的影响。方法:选取2015年2月-2018年8月期间于我院治疗的82例KOA患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,每组41人,对照组予注射玻璃酸钠治疗,实验组予小针刀治疗,对比两组患者的总有效率、TNF-α含量、MMPs含量(MMP-3、MMP-9、MMP-13)、视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、Lysholm评分及不良反应。结果:实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后TNF-α、MMMs、VAS评分低于治疗前,且实验组明显低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后Lysholm评分高于治疗前,且实验组明显高于对照组(P <0.05);本实验均未出现明显不良反应。结论:小针刀治疗KOA明显改善膝关节功能,改善症状,且安全可靠,增强疗效。
Objective: To study efficacy of small needle knife on knee osteoarthritis(KOA) and its effect of the levels of TNF-α and MMPs. Methods: 82 patients with KOA were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 41 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate and the experimental group was treated with small needle knife. The total efficiency, TNF-α content, MMPs content(MMP-3, MMP-9, MMP-13), VAS score, Lysholm score and adverse reactions were compared between groups. Results: The total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The scores of TNF-α, MMPs and VAS after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and those in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The Lysholm score after treatment was higher than before treatment, and that in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). No obvious adverse reactions occurred in groups. Conclusion: Small needle knife on KOA can significantly improve knee function and symptoms, enhance efficacy, and is safe and reliable.
