Experience of Chief physician Cai Fengqun for treating acute phase of ischemic stroke

蔡凤群主任中医师业从医40载,在中医药防治脑血管病方面学验俱丰,尤其是针药结合治疗缺血性中风急性期颇有建树,研究认为缺血性中风急性期的根本病机为气机逆乱,神明失用,治疗上采用针药并举,速调气机的辨证施治方法疗效显著,同时强调明辨虚实,顾护胃气。

Chief physician Cai Fengqun from the doctor for 40 years, has a good experience in treating cerebrovascular diseases with TCM medicine, especially in treating the acute phase of ischemic stroke by TCM medicine plus acupuncture. He believes that the underlying pathogenesis of the acute phase of ischemic stroke is Qiji Niluan( 气机逆乱) and Shenming Shiyong( 神明失用). We should treat acute phase of ischemic stroke by syndrome differentiation, include Zhenyao Bingju( 针 药 并 举) and Sutiao Qiji( 速 调 气 机);Mingbian Xushi( 明辨虚实) and Guhu Weiqi( 顾护胃气) are emphasized.
