慢性阻塞性肺疾病应用止咳平喘汤治疗的临床观察

Observation on treating COPD with the Zhike Pingchuan decoction

目的:探究自拟止咳平喘汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(ChronicObstructivePulmonary Disease, COPD)的临床效果。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者58例,随机分对照组和观察组。两组均予以常规西药治疗。观察组加用止咳平喘汤,治疗2个疗程后,观察两组患者治疗效果、肺功能、运动耐力及生活质量的改善程度。结果:经过2个疗程治疗后两组患者的疗效及临床症状均显著改善,且观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组;对照组肺通气功能指标、运动耐力及生活质量评分虽有好转,但差异无统计学意义,而观察组的肺通气功能、运动耐力及生活质量评分显著改善。两组均未出现不良事件。结论:止咳平喘汤可有效改善COPD患者的咳嗽咳痰等临床症状,疗效明确,安全有效。

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the Zhike Pingchuan decoction( 止 咳 平 喘 汤) on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: 58 patients were randomly divided into the control group and observation group. Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine. The observation group was treated with the Zhike Pingchuan decoction more. Results: After two courses, the efficiency and clinical symptoms in two groups were more improved than before treatment, and efficiency in the observation group was significantly better than the control group. The lung ventilation function index, exercise endurance and quality of life score in two groups were improved. No adverse events suffered in either group. Conclusion: The Zhike Pingchuan decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, with safety.
