观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减对肝郁气滞型心悸的临床治疗效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察和探讨柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗肝郁气滞型心悸的应用效果。方法:随机选取我院收治的40例肝郁气滞型心悸患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成两组,各有20例患者。给予对照组心律平片口服治疗,给予研究组心律平片口服治疗联合柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗,观察比较两组患者临床症状和治疗效果。结果:研究组的临床治疗总有效率为90.00%,明显高于对照组的60.00%,比较组间差异有临床统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组的心悸不宁好转率为85.00%、胸闷胸痛好转率为85.00%、情绪抑郁好转率为80.00%、夜寐不安好转率为80.00%、善太息好转率为70.00%、少腹胀痛好转率为75.00%、纳差嗳气好转率为75.00%,均明显高于对照组的55.00%、50.00%、50.00%、45.00%、35.00%、40.00%、40.00%,比较组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组治疗前的白细胞为(6.02±1.85)×10^9/L,红细胞为(4.31±0.45)×10^12/L,血红蛋白为(128.44±15.02)g/L,血小板为(188.22±61.65)×10^9/L,谷丙转氨酶为(25.91±17.28)U/L,谷草转氨酶为(33.55±9.65)U/L,肌酐为(77.70±17.35)μmol/L,血尿素氮为(5.85±1.80)mmol/L,与对照组的(5.97±1.93)×10^9/L、(4.45±0.50)×10^12/L、(128.40±15.07)g/L、(188.15±61.70)×10^9/L、(25.85±17.35)U/L、(33.60±9.58)U/L、(77.65±17.40)μmol/L、(5.90±1.75)mmol/L组间比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);研究组治疗后的白细胞为(6.55±2.28)×10^9/L,红细胞为(4.40±0.65)×10^12/L,血红蛋白为(128.30±20.85)g/L,血小板为(191.45±59.90)×109/L,谷丙转氨酶为(28.00±13.26)U/L,谷草转氨酶为(31.41±7.75)U/L,肌酐为(76.75±17.81)μmol/L,血尿素氮为(5.93±1.52)mmol/L,与对照组的(5.95±1.70)×10^9/L、(4.50±0.48)×1012/L、(130.80±14.40)g/L、(189.95±48.70)×10^9/L、(28.45±16.40)U/L、(31.15±11.40)U/L、(73.55±14.70)μmol/L、(5.98±1.60)mmol/L进行组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:将柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤应用到肝郁气滞型心悸治疗中,可以促进临床症状快速改善,并取得较好治疗效果。 Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction( 柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤) on palpitation of the Ganyu Qizhi type( 肝郁气滞型). Methods: 40 cases were divided into two groups, 20 cases in each. The control group was given propafenon tablet;and the study group was given the Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction more. Results: The total efficiency in the study group was 90.00%, was significantly higher than 60.00% in the control group(P<0.05). In the study group, the improvement rate of heart palpitations was 85.00%, the improvement rate of chest pain and chest pain was 85.00%, the rate of improvement of depression was 80.00%, the rate of improvement of insomnia was 80.00%, the rate of improvement of sighing was 70.00%, and the rate of improvement of abdominal pain was 75.00%, indigestion and eructation, the improvement rate is 75.00%;they were significantly higher than the 55.00%, 50.00%, 50.00%, 45.00%, 35.00%, 40.00%, 40.00%(P<0.05) in the control group. After treatment, the white blood cell count were(6.55±2.28)×10^9/L, RBC were(4.40±0.65)×10^12/L, HGB was(128.30±20.85) g/L, and PLT were(191.45±59.90)×109/L, ALT was(28.00±13.26) U/L, GOT was(31.41±7.75) U/L, CRE was(76.75±17.81) μmol/L, BUN was(5.93±1.52) mmol/L in the study group;and those in the control group were(5.95±1.70)×10^9/L,(4.50±0.48)×10^12/L,(130.80±14.40) g/L,(189.95±48.70)×10^9/L,(28.45±16.40)U/L,(31.15±11.40) U/L,(73.55±14.70) μmol/L and(5.98±1.60) mmol/L respectively, P>0.05. Conclusion: The Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction on palpitation of the Ganyu Qizhi type shows good effects, can improve clinical symptoms.
