中药敷脐治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症的疗效观察

Observation on treating insomnia of the Yinxu Huowang type by compress on navel with TCM medicine

目的:观察"加味交泰丸"敷脐治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症的临床疗效。方法:104例患者随机分为干预组52例,对照组52例,分别采用中药敷脐与安慰剂敷脐进行治疗,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)与客观量化的睡眠监测CPC系统(睡眠总时间、深睡眠时间)对结果进行疗效评价。结果:干预组与对照组疗效比较,在改善患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数、总睡眠时间、深睡眠时间等方面均优于对照组,具有统计学意义。结论:应用"加味交泰丸"中药敷脐治疗阴虚火旺型失眠症,在改善患者睡眠质量指数、总睡眠时间、深睡眠时间等方面有效,无不良反应,值得在临床中推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of compress on navel with Jiaotai Wan( 交泰丸) on insomnia of the Yinxu Huowang type( 阴虚火旺型). Methods: 104 patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, 52 cases in each. The intervention group was treated by compress on navel with TCM medicine, and the control group took compress on navel with placebo. Results: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, total sleep time and deep sleep time in the intervention group were better improved, with a statistically significant difference. Conclusion: Compress on navel with Jiaotai Wan on insomnia of the Yinxu Huowang type was effective on sleep quality index, total sleep time, deep sleep time, etc, without adverse reactions, and can be promoted in the clinic.
