和胃通降汤治疗胃食管反流性病症的效果观察

Efficacy of The Hewei Tongjiang decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的:和胃通降汤治疗胃食管反流性疾病的临床价值体会。方法:回顾性分析我院2016年4月-2018年6月间收治的所有胃食管反流性疾病患者的一般资料,根据实验要求抽取64例患者纳入本次研究开展实验,通过双色球抽签分组法,将所有患者均分为两组,红色球为对照组,蓝色球为实验组,每组32例患者。给予对照组兰索拉唑进行治疗,而实验组患者则实施和胃通降汤治疗方案,在治疗完成后,对患者的治疗总有效率和不良事件发生率进行记录,并对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:本次研究成果显示,分别采用不同治疗方案后,实验组患者的治疗总有效率为87.50%,对照组患者的治疗总有效率为56.25%,两组患者治疗总有效率间差异具有明显统计学意义(P <0.05)。而两组患者在治疗完成后均有不同程度的不良反应,但两组患者的用药不良反应不具有明显差异(P> 0.05)。除此之外,实验组患者在用药后,其症状消失时间较对照组明显更短,数据对比分析发现其差异具有统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:在对胃食管反流性疾病患者进行治疗时,应用和胃通降汤治疗方案,能够有效改善患者的治疗效果,提高临床治疗总有效率,并且两种药物联合应用不会对患者造成额外的不良反应,能够改善患者身体机能,具有积极的治疗意义,值得推广使用。

Objective: To understand the clinical value of the Hewei Tongjiang decoction( 和胃通降汤) on gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods: The general data of all patients with gastroesophageal reflux from April 2016 to June 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. According to the experimental requirements, 64 patients were selected and included in this study. All patients were divided into two groups by two-color balls lottery grouping method. Red balls were the control group and blue balls were the experiment group, 32 patients in each group. The control group was treated with lansoprazole, while the experimental group was treated with the Hewei Tongjiang decoction. After the treatment was completed, the total efficiency and incidence of adverse events were recorded, and the therapeutic effects in two groups were compared. Result: The total efficiency in the experimental group was 87.50% and that in the control group was 56.25%. There wasa significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The adverse drug reactions in two groups were different after treatment, but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, the application of the Hewei Tongjiang decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect;and the combination of the two drugs will not cause additional adverse reactions to patients, can improve the physical function of patients, with active treatment, and is worthy of popularization and application.
