摘要
为了解小学英语教研组建设状况,对S省L市的小学英语教师进行实证调查。结果表明:近半数学校未设立小学英语教研组,即便有也地位尴尬;超八成小学英语教研组在人员、资金等方面得不到保障;超半数教师对教研组活动颇有微词。为此,学校要明晰英语教研组的功能与职责,以"学术性"导向小学英语教研组建设,以"教研文化"引领小学英语教研组发展。
Through an empirical survey of English teachers among primary schools in L City of S Province,this paper hopes to understand the construction status of English teaching and research group there. The results show that nearly half of the schools do not have these similar institutions. Even if there were,it would be embarrassing;more than 80% of English teaching and research group in primary schools are not guaranteed in terms of personnel and funds;more than half of the teachers complained about teaching and researching activities. Therefore,it is suggested for primary schools to clarify the functions and responsibilities of the English teaching and research group,guide the construction of the English teaching and research group with "academic",and lead the development of the English teaching and research group with"teaching and research culture".
