摘要 沟通是人们分享信息、思想和情感的过程,这种过程不仅包含口头语言和书面形式,也包括形体语言、个人的风格和方式等。本文以多元智能中的语言智能理论为基础,结合信息加工理论、认知策略以及沟通风格等理论,通过创设名著阅读活动,从名著概括、名著讲述和名著辩论三种形式出发进行沟通训练,旨在提升学生的沟通能力,同时也磨炼其分析性思维和审辩性思维,并在此基础上构建了操作性强的沟通能力质量等级评定量表,为学生沟通能力的评价提供了实用工具。 Communication is any process in which people share information,thoughts and emotions. This process includes not only spoken and written forms,but also body language,personal style and manner. This paper designs a series of exercises aimed at improving the student’s communication skills,analytical skills and critical thinking skills based on the language intelligence component of multiple intelligence theory,with due consideration for information processing theory,cognitive strategies and different communication styles. The exercises take the form of first reading literary classics,then learning to summarize,paraphrase,and debate over the contents. In addition,an operational communication quality rating scale is constructed to provide a practical tool for students to evaluate their communication ability.
